3 Storey Show House in Hackney, London

This was a new build development being sold for combined living and working. As usual for this developer, I worked on the electrical and lighting layouts of all the flats and houses prior to the development being built, specifying all the finishes to the kitchens and bathrooms as well. With this show house I designed the ground floor as an architect or designers office with an attached WC, the first floor had a spacious L-shaped living/dining room/kitchen and the top floor had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Because I was working on two show homes in this development, I rang the change by making this one modern and quite masculine including a plasma television, a modern brown leather and chrome sofa and a lit-up stainless steel coffee table as a central feature.
