1 Bedroom Show flat in East London

This was the ninth housing development worked on for this client and the seventh new build project.

As with the two bedroom show flat, I initially worked on how the flat should best be divided up. To ring the change with the larger show flat, the target audience would probably be a first time buyer, so the scheme not only needed to be cheaper, but none of the furniture and furnishings bespoke. In every other respect the flats were the same, including the extra tall doors, dark timber effect floors, identical bathrooms and the same size and style of kitchen, but configured in the space in a different way.
